WELL version 3.25 introduces the following features:
- Platform Improvements
The current recall feature in WELL allows a provider or administrator to edit a patient’s appointment in the EMR and add a recall date. Adding a recall date means the provider would like the patient to come back for an appointment on or around that recall date for the same type of appointment.
With the newest version of the recall feature, enterprise administrators in WELL can now define automations based on the recall date, recall event type, recall provider, recall location, and recall state.
- With this new feature, administrators and providers can keep track of which patients have followed up and completed the recall. Recalls are marked as completed when an appointment is scheduled by the patient that matches an existing recall associated with this patient.
- If the recall has not been completed and remains open, another automation will be sent to follow up with the patient.
Enterprise administrators can specify Recall match requirements using either a general match requirement or a per event type match requirement.
- A general match requirement is the default match definition for the enterprise.
- A per event type match specifies an exclusion to the general match definition.
