WELL version 3.19 introduces the following features:
- Holiday Management
- Open Channel on Failed Message
The Holiday Management feature allows your team to add out of office holidays to your Enterprise, Practice, and/or Line. When a Holiday is configured for a given entity:
- Scheduled automations won't send during the holiday period. Instead, they send before or after the holiday period - depending on whether the automation is setup to send either before or after the specified event (appointment, procedure, or recall), respectively.
- Send the patient a holiday auto-response message (that you can customize!) and suppress your normal out of office auto-response during the holiday period.
Open Channel on Failed Message
Ever wonder if a message failed to deliver? This can happen if the phone number in your EMR system is inaccurate or if the target phone number is disconnected. Now, when the Enterprise setting is set to "Show Delivery Status," the system will also open a channel (if not already open) when a manual or automated message fails to deliver.
