Use automated messages or quick response templates to target new patients or existing patients who have not yet enrolled in your patient portal. For those who are enrolled, drive usage with automated text reminders to download your proprietary mobile application or use the patient portal to check lab results and other clinical information they've received from your practice.
You can also display the patient's portal enrollment status directly in the WELL facesheet. To do this, navigate to Default Settings under the Enterprise Settings menu. Toggle the setting for Portal Enrollment Status in Facesheet to on.
