Select a date range and use the glossary to get a better sense of what your data means. After selecting a date range, practice managers can hover over graphs to get more precise data. This helps visualize data effectively for quick reports, but shows exact metrics upon hovering.
|Total Patients: Total number of patients that have been synchronized from external scheduling system|
|Patients Reached: Percentage of patients who received a message out of all total patients|
|Patients Replied: Percentage of patients who replied to any sent message (includes form responses)|
|Total Appointments: Total number of appointments listed in WELL|
|Appointments Reached: Percentage of total appointments that received a message or reminder|
|Messages Sent: TOTAL: number of messages sent or received altogether; INBOUND: number of messages received.|
