However, if you find yourself experiencing a blue spinning dot that never stops loading, a patient list that won't load, or some other type of issue, please try the following:
- Use either CTRL + R (CMD + R on MAC)
- Logout from the icon
- Exit out of Desktop App or Web App
- Open WELL and log-in to a fresh session using your work email.
