We want to empower you to best reach your patients, and adapting to their preferred language helps make communication easier and more personal. Based on your patient population, you can customize Broadcast, Secure Message Copy, After-Hours Responses, Campaigns, Automated Messages to meet their needs. If you use translations with any of these features, the patient's language preference in your EMR will dictate the language of the message they receive. For example, if you set up your automated messages with Spanish and English and a Spanish-speaking patient has an appointment, they will receive the automation in Spanish.
